Registration Fees:

• Once paid, registration fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
• In case of event cancellation by Royal Riders, participants may get a full or partial refund, as decided by the organizers.

Transfer Policy:

• Registrations are non-transferable unless organizers specifically allow changes before the event date.

Refund Mode:

• If applicable, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
