Participation & Registration - This virtual cycling challenge is organised by Royal Riders. - The platform fee is **₹1 per rider**. - Every participant must register individually using their correct name and details. - Participants are responsible for ensuring that all registration information is accurate. - The platform fee is non-refundable once paid. ### 2. Challenge Format - Every participant must complete **50 kilometres of cycling**. - The challenge date is **Sunday, 18 October 2026**. - This is a virtual challenge. Participants can ride at a location of their choice. - The entire 50 km must be completed by cycling personally. ### 3. Strava Rules - **Strava is the only official platform** for this challenge. - The ride must be recorded on the Strava app using GPS. - Participants must retain their ride details and submit the Strava ride link or screenshot as instructed by the organisers. - Indoor cycling, trainer rides, e-bike rides and other unauthorised ride types will not be accepted. - Duplicate activities or repeated counting of the same distance are strictly prohibited. - Any GPS or app-related technical issues will be handled according to the verification process communicated by the organisers. ### 4. Ride Completion Rules - Participants must physically complete the full 50 km distance on a bicycle. - Wearing a helmet is mandatory. - All traffic rules must be followed, and participants must choose a safe route appropriate to their ability. - Using a mobile phone while riding is prohibited. - Every rider must respect the safety of other road users and take responsibility for their own safety. ### 5. E-Certificate Rules - An **E-Certificate will be issued only to participants who complete the full 50 km and whose Strava activity is successfully verified**. - The registered name must be accurate, as it will be used for the certificate. - Certificates may be withheld if the distance is incomplete, the information is incorrect or the activity appears suspicious. - The certificate will be provided in digital format. - No physical medal or T-shirt is included in this challenge. ### 6. Fair Play & Transparency - Royal Riders believes in honest cycling, discipline, quality and transparency. - Fake rides, manipulated screenshots, edited GPS data or using another person's ride are strictly prohibited. - The organisers reserve the right to verify submitted activities. - Participation may be cancelled if any form of cheating or rule violation is established. - The organisers' decision regarding ride verification will be final. ### 7. Health & Safety - Each participant is responsible for their own health and physical fitness. - Carry sufficient water, necessary nutrition and appropriate cycling equipment. - Consider weather conditions, traffic and road conditions before starting the ride. - Seek medical assistance if an injury, accident or health issue occurs. - As this is a virtual challenge, the organisers will not be physically present with every participant. Each rider is responsible for their own safety. ### 8.
