Terms & Conditions

• नोंदणी ▪️ या चॅलेंजसाठी नोंदणी अनिवार्य आहे. ▪️ नोंदणी शुल्क: ₹ 399/- प्रत्येकी (सर्व करांसह), टीममधील चारही रायडर्स आपल्या पसंतीने निवडता येतील. (गाव, शहर, जिल्हा, राज्य, स्त्री/पुरुष याबाबत कोणतीही अट नाही.)
• टार्गेट ▪️ सहभागी टीमने एकूण 2424 किमी सायकलिंग पूर्ण करणे बंधनकारक आहे.
• कालमर्यादा ▪️ 1 ते 31 मार्च 2026 या कालावधीत आपल्या सोयीनुसार कोणत्याही दिवसांत हे अंतर पूर्ण करता येईल. ▪️ कोणत्या रायडरने किती अंतर पूर्ण करावे यावर बंधन नाही, मात्र टीम मिळून 2424 किमी पूर्ण होणे आवश्यक आहे.
• ही अट पूर्ण न करणारी टीम Challenge Finisher म्हणून पात्र ठरणार नाही.
• निकालात काही तफावत आढळल्यास त्वरित कळवावे; आवश्यक दुरुस्ती केली जाईल.
• प्रत्येक रायडरची दररोज फक्त एकच राईड (जास्त किमी झालेली राईड) ग्राह्य धरली जाईल.
• फेक, टॅग केलेल्या किंवा शेअर राईड्स ग्राह्य धरल्या जाणार नाहीत. *
• सर्व राईड्स Strava वर रेकॉर्ड असणे अनिवार्य आहे. ▪️ Royal Riders Strava Club जॉईन करणे बंधनकारक आहे. ▪️ Strava अकाउंटवर फक्त स्वतःचे नाव + टीमचे नाव असावे. ❌ इमोजी, चिन्हे, फ्लॅग वापरू नयेत. ▪️उदा.: रोशन भंडारी – शिवनेरी वॉरियर्स जतीन पटेल – शिवनेरी वॉरियर्स रफिक कुरेशी – शिवनेरी वॉरियर्स राजवीर देशमुख – शिवनेरी वॉरियर्स
• हे चॅलेंज सायकलिंग, आरोग्यदायी जीवनशैली आणि ग्रुप कम्युनिटी वाढवण्यासाठी Royal Riders तर्फे आयोजित आहे.
• हा उपक्रम सर्वांसाठी खुला आहे. ▪️ 16 वर्षांखालील सहभागींना परवानगी नाही.
• अमान्य ❌ बॅटरीवर चालणारी सायकल ❌ Indoor Cycling
• तांत्रिक बाबी ▪️ Strava रेकॉर्डिंगमधील कोणत्याही तांत्रिक अडचणीस रायडर स्वतः जबाबदार राहील. ▪️ फक्त Strava वर नोंद झालेल्या राईड्सच ग्राह्य धरल्या जातील.
• सुरक्षितता ▪️ सर्व रायडर्सनी वाहतूक नियम व सुरक्षिततेची काळजी घ्यावी (हेल्मेट, रिफ्लेक्टर, पुढील-मागील लाईट्स, टॅग इ.). ▪️ सहभाग स्वतःच्या जोखमीवर राहील.
• महत्त्वाच्या तारखा 📅 नोंदणीची अंतिम तारीख: 28 फेब्रुवारी 2026 --- 🏅 पारितोषिके 🔹 पुरुष व महिला गट (विजेते व उपविजेते) 🏅 चॅलेंज पूर्ण करणाऱ्या सर्व पात्र रायडर्सना Finisher Medal दिले जाईल. 🎁 काही सरप्राइज बक्षिसांची सुवर्णसंधी! --- 🏆 बक्षीस व मेडल वितरण 🎖 विजेत्या टीम रायडर्सना 📅 5 एप्रिल 2026 रोजी मेडल वितरण समारंभात पारितोषिके प्रदान केली जातील. 📦 बाहेरील रायडर्सना अंतिम यादी जाहीर झाल्यानंतर 5 दिवसांत कुरिअरने मेडल पाठवण्यात येईल. --- ⚠️ Royal Riders कडे सर्व अधिकार राखीव आहेत. संशयास्पद किंवा नियमबाह्य राईड्स नाकारल्या जाऊ शकतात. Royal Riders चा निर्णय अंतिम राहील. 👉 क्रीडास्पर्धेची भावना जपूया! 💪
• अपात्र झालेल्या रायडर्स ला फिनिशर मेडल मिळणार नाही, त्याबद्दलची कुठलीही मागणी करू नये. ही मानसिकता अगोदरच करून ठेवावी.
• ▪️ Registration Registration for this challenge is mandatory. Registration Fee: ₹399/- per rider (inclusive of all taxes) Each team will consist of four riders, selected freely. (No restrictions on village, city, district, state, or gender.).
• ▪️Target Each participating team must complete a total of 2424 km of cycling.
• Challenge Duration The challenge will run from 1st March to 31st March 2026. The required distance may be completed on any day(s) within this period, as per convenience. There is no restriction on how much distance each rider must cover; however, the team total must reach 2424 km.
• ⚠️ Teams failing to complete the target distance will not be eligible as Challenge Finishers
• Ride Validation Rules Any discrepancy in results must be reported immediately; necessary corrections will be made.
• Only one ride per rider per day will be considered (the ride with the maximum distance).
• ❌ Fake, tagged, or shared rides will not be accepted.
• All rides must be recorded on Strava. Joining the Royal Riders Strava Club is mandatory. The Strava profile name must contain only the rider’s name + team name. ❌ Emojis, symbols, or flags are not allowed. Example: Roshan Bhandari – Shivneri Warriors Jatin Patel – Shivneri Warriors Rafiq Qureshi – Shivneri Warriors Rajveer Deshmukh – Shivneri Warriors
• About the Challenge This challenge is organized by Royal Riders to promote cycling, a healthy lifestyle, and community bonding.
• The event is open to all. ❌ Participants below 16 years of age are not permitted.
• Not Allowed ❌ Battery-operated / electric bicycles ❌ Indoor cycling
• Technical Guidelines Riders are solely responsible for any technical issues related to Strava recording. Only rides recorded on Strava will be considered valid.
• Safety Guidelines All riders must strictly follow traffic rules and safety measures, including: Helmet Reflectors Front & rear lights Safety tags Participation is entirely at the rider’s own risk.
• Important Dates 📅 Registration Deadline: 28 February 2026 --- 🏅 Prizes 🔹 Men and Women Categories (Winners and Runners-up) 🏅 All eligible riders who complete the challenge will be awarded a Finisher Medal. 🎁 A golden opportunity to win some surprise prizes! --- 🏆 Prize and Medal Distribution 🎖 Medals will be awarded to the winning team riders at the medal distribution ceremony on 📅 5 April 2026. 📦 For external riders, medals will be sent by courier within 5 days after the final list is announced. --- ⚠️ Royal Riders reserves all rights. Suspicious or rule-violating rides may be rejected. The decision of Royal Riders will be final. 👉 Let's uphold the spirit of sportsmanship! 💪
• Riders who are disqualified will not receive a finisher medal, and no requests regarding this should be made. This mindset should be established beforehand.
